Google Analytics
As part of our service provision we include the use of Google Analytics in our web sites as from the beginning of 2007.
What Is Google Analytics?
Google Analytics is a set of web site analysis tools delivering information on the visitors you get to your web site, where they come from, how long they spend on your site and much much more.
Is That The Same As Matrix Stats?
Yes, it is very similar. We encourage clients to use Matrix Stats which is a paid service annually which can email you information about the visitors to your site and essentially provide a similar information and tool set to Google Analytics.
So Why Use Google Analytics?
Google Analytics is primarily for Net Visuals to gather information about current trends in searches, visitor habits, and keyword monitoring. The information gathered (which does not monitor any client activity nor record any private or personal information) can means that Net Visuals customers have the potential for increased visitor numbers above competitors and can keep customers up to date on the very latest developments and trends in web marketing.
With Net Visuals undertaking and managing a large portfolio of web sites it means that the information gathered is both broad and accurate and can be applied effectively.
If you do not wish your web site to integrate Google Analytics then you should notify us prior to us undertaking your web site. Google Analytics will be installed by default on all client web sites and will not have a negative effect on performance, search engine positioning or layout display.
